Eye Tests

We offer a range of comprehensive eye examinations tailored to your individual needs. Whether you're booking a routine check-up, need advanced screening for specific conditions, or are arranging your child's first eye test, we have the right service for you.

Our Routine Eye Test

Our Routine Eye Test is more than just a prescription check, it’s a key part of protecting your long-term eye health. Whether you’re experiencing changes in your vision or simply keeping up with regular care, this examination gives you a clear picture of both how well you see and how healthy your eyes are.

  • Comprehensive assessment of the anterior and posterior eye segments
  • Full prescription check
  • Fundus photography (retinal image)
  • Supplementary tests as required: Visual fields analysis, Intraocular pressure (IOP), Dry eye assessment, Corneal thickness (CCT)

Our Advanced Eye Test

More than just a routine eye test, our advanced service provides a deeper insight into the overall condition of your eyes and helps detect early signs of potentially sight-threatening issues before symptoms appear.

It includes everything from the routine eye test, plus:

  • Anterior segment photography
  • 3D OCT scan (Optical Coherence Tomography)
  • Advanced AMD screening (Age-related Macular Degeneration)
  • Advanced Glaucoma screening

Our Advanced Plus Eye Test

The most in-depth eye health assessment we offer, our advanced plus eye test uses state-of-the-art technology to give you a complete picture of your vision and eye health. Ideal for those with specific concerns, long term conditions, a family history of eye health problems or anyone who simply wants the highest level of care and insight.

It includes everything from the advanced eye test, plus:

  • Corneal topography (detailed mapping of the corneal surface)

  • Anterior 3D imaging (high-definition 3D analysis of the front of the eye)

Children's Eye Test

A children’s eye test is more than just checking if a child can see clearly. It assesses not only eyesight (visual acuity) but also essential visual skills such as:

  • Focusing ability (accommodation)

  • Eye coordination (convergence)

  • Depth perception (3D vision or stereopsis)

By making eye tests a part of your child’s health routine, you’re supporting their education, confidence, and overall wellbeing.

The Eye Test

At your designated appointment time, one of our optometrists will call you into the treatment room. Appointments can last up to 40 minutes depending on the booking type and variation of tests carried out.
